The opportunity to spend time with wonderful people during important life events is priceless. I really got to know Ashleigh and Kelly during their engagement session on the beautiful Rogue River. Both are amazingly warm and generous people so I knew getting images that reflected this same energy would be a piece of cake. Months later we had the pleasure of sharing many hours together again while I photographed their wedding day. What a beautiful and fun day it was on the banks of Little Butte Creek at the Eagle Creek Estate. Check out just a few of the many wonderful images captured. How can you not have fun when there is water, a drift boat, adult beverages and amazing people, all in the same place.

Jenica and Lars have become very dear friends in my life and I feel very blessed to know them both (plus they are great web site designers…don’t you agree..?). It was an honor and a great pleasure to photograph their wedding day. San Diego is their home away from home so it was only fitting to have the celebration there. Balboa Park was a splendid and romantic location where close friends and family witnessed a very moving and loving ceremony. From there the party continued just north in La Jolla where rare dance moves, never witnessed before, were on display for all to see. Night Fever!

It was a blast guy’s..;)

Classic car, classic southern Oregon day and a truly classic couple. The car: a vintage ’57 Chevy Bel Air. The location: historic Lithia Park in Ashland, Oregon. The truly classic couple: Karolina and Doug. Mix all of these perfect ingredients together and the results are obvious. BEAUTIFUL, ROMANTIC and FUN.

Meet my Niece Heidi and her husband Scott. Heidi has grown into this beautiful young lady with a glowing spirit, warm smile and soft kindness. Scott is okay too. Ha Ha.

Scott is a caring young man with a sincere and loving fondness for Heidi that brightens every space…including the grand expanse of the Snake River Canyon in Twin Falls, Idaho from which many of these images were captured… It was a great, great …great day.

I’ve been friends with Ellen’s family for….we’ll, let’s just say a long time. And now here’s Ellen a Senior in High School. Time does indeed fly.

Lake Of The Woods nestled in Southern Oregon made for THE perfect backdrop for many fun photos at the boat house and the Great Meadow. Thanks Ellen. What a blast. Have a great senior year.

We had a decision to make, either go to the beach and watch the turtles or rush over to Hilo and jump in a four person helicopter (with no doors) and photograph an erupting volcano.

Looking at these images you may be able to tell which direction we went. The KILAUEA VOLCANO was too tempting. These photographs are of the Pu`u `O`o crater. The red hot lava, the pressing heat, the blue pacific and the unbelievable landscape, oh and the thinly wrapped seatbelt that kept me from becoming a human s’more made the experience a lasting memory as all senses were on high alert.

Kristin, Drew and crew had an absolute blast on their wedding day at The Historic Ashland Springs Hotel. It actually started at another historic landmark in Ashland, The Winchester Inn. Both places offered many great locations for fun, on the go, lifestyle, photographs.

I’ve had the pleasure of photographing this family before, so when the day came for this shoot I was looking forward to it. I love it when clients become friends. The Layers are an amazing family fueled by Love, Love, Love. The kids climbed trees, hunted Gecko’s (catch and release of course), found a young rattlesnake sleeping and skimmed rocks on the lake. When you do all of that, great photographs happen. I smiled the whole time.

The rolling hills of Grizzly Peak – just miles east of Ashland, Oregon – set the stage, as Michelle and Joe married under the afternoon blanket of sun and scattered clouds. The meadow where the celebration took place complimented their personalities perfectly as they both love the outdoors and the endless possibilities it offers. Their daughters found time to roam the landscape remaining tidy in their little dresses and perfect shoes

The Sun shine eventually gave way to nightfall as the celebration drifted to the historic Ashland Springs Hotel in downtown Ashland. Next Adventure…Onward to Mexico in their VW Van.

Matthew Domingo and Erin Daugherty, soon to be married sweethearts, are the founders of Farm To Fork. Matthew runs the kitchen and spins his amazing recipes into heavenly cuisine, while Erin skillfully oversees the events details. Together they create an evening to be talked about until…well, the next Farm To Fork event. Each Farm to Fork Event is a farm-to-table feast, local food showcase, and community celebration rolled into one.
